New Era University College established the Drama &
Visuals Department in the year 2005 to develop
potential local talents in drama and visual arts.

本课程以实践为主，理论为辅，
涵盖剧场演出所有台前幕后的艺术创作及影视多媒体创作
学习分为两个阶段：
在第⼀阶段，学⽣必须同时
学习戏剧与影像两⽅⾯的基础美学知识；
第⼆阶段则分设戏剧表演及影像创作两个组别，
学⽣可以按着各⾃兴趣的领域做更深⼊的学习及研究
在专业学习的过程中，不同组别的学⽣有机会共同创作，
相互给予⽀持，⼀起学习，共同成⻓.

Visuals Department in the year 2005 to develop
potential local talents in drama and visual arts.
This course is practice-oriented then
supplemented by theories. It covers all the work
on stage and off stage while also including
creating multimedia works.
Lessons are separated into two phases
In the first phase, students must learn the foundations of
drama and visuals at the same time ; Whereas in the second
phase, drama and visuals will be separated into two groups
and students are able to choose their preferred ones to dive
into more specifics of the course
During the learning process of the course,
students from different groups would have the
chance to work together, cheer on each other,
learn stuff together and grow together.

藉着戏剧与影像的元素, 带动社区意识, 拓展社区的美学与⼈⽂关怀
To develop potential talents and professionals in the field of drama and visual arts.
To promote a sense of community and expand the aesthetics and humanistic care of the community through the elements of drama and visuals.
排演
Intermediate of Theatre Production
排演课作为本系实践操作课之⼀，是学⽣学习制作演出的重要课程。
⼀个演出从零到有，从台前到幕后，学⽣们需要⽤⼀个学期的时间
来完成⼀部对外公开的售票演出，从实战中获取经验。
By being one of the most crucial lessons during this course learning process,
this class is the fundamental lesson that students would need to go through.
For a performance to be successful from scratch, onand- off-stage processes would require students to learn every specific parts of the procedures in order for them
to successfully finish a performance and gain beneficial experience during the process.
